  • After filing the case the client will start making payments to a Trustee who will then pay the debts included in their bankruptcy. The first payment is due 30 days after the case is filed.   • Approximately 30 to 45 days after filing the case the client and their bankruptcy attorney will appear before the Trustee for a "341 Meeting of Creditors" to answer a few questions about your income and debts (Just tell the truth.).
  • Clients takes a Debtor Education class on-line or over the phone (approx. 45 min.).
  • The Court mails the client and all creditors a Notice of Discharge after the client makes all their plan payments.
  • Client starts a new life "Debt Free" and begins to repair their credit.
